This policy outlines the warranty coverage, return eligibility, and refund terms for DigiCluster products. By purchasing or using a DigiCluster unit, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Lifetime Hardware Warranty (Direct Purchases)
DigiCluster units purchased directly from DigiCluster include a lifetime warranty covering defects or failures related to the following components:

This warranty applies only to hardware defects or failures under normal, intended use.
1.2 Second-Hand / Subsequent Owner Warranty
For DigiCluster units purchased second-hand:
A limited 1-year hardware warranty may be granted only if:
Valid proof of the original DigiCluster purchase and
Proof of second-hand acquisition are submitted through the DigiCluster contact portal within 30 days of acquiring the unit, even if no warranty claim is being made at that time.
If this documentation is not submitted within the 30-day window, the unit is not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty coverage for second-hand units applies only to the same hardware components listed in Section 1.1.
1.3 What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under any DigiCluster warranty:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

Software bugs, UI behavior, and compatibility issues do not constitute a hardware defect.
DigiCluster may release software updates that modify behavior, features, or appearance.
Customers are encouraged to report any software or compatibility issues through the DigiCluster contact portal so they may be addressed via future updates as quickly as possible.
3. Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be initiated through: https://DigiCluster.org/contact

Turnaround time may vary depending on diagnostics, repair complexity, or parts availability.
Customers will be notified if extended service time is required.

5.1 Direct Purchases (Domestic & International)
DigiCluster covers shipping both ways for valid warranty claims when:

International customers must cover return shipping costs
Original outbound shipping, customs fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable

A 10% restocking fee applies
International customers must cover return shipping costs
8.4 Customer-Fault or Tampering Discovered on Return
If, upon inspection:
The issue is determined to be customer-caused, or
