This warranty applies only to hardware defects or failures under normal, intended use.

    • A limited 1-year hardware warranty may be granted only if:

      • Valid proof of the original DigiCluster purchase and

      • Proof of second-hand acquisition are submitted through the DigiCluster contact portal within 30 days of acquiring the unit, even if no warranty claim is being made at that time.

    • A claim is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date, with supporting evidence.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

    2. Software & Firmware Disclaimer

    • Software bugs, UI behavior, and compatibility issues do not constitute a hardware defect.

    • DigiCluster may release software updates that modify behavior, features, or appearance.

    • Original outbound shipping, customs fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable

    • International customers must cover return shipping costs

8.4 Customer-Fault or Tampering Discovered on Return

    If, upon inspection:

    • The issue is determined to be customer-caused, or

    Then:

    • A 10% restocking fee applies

    • Shipping and repair costs will be deducted from the refunded amount

8.5 Hardware Fault (Refund Instead of Warranty Repair)
